Does anyone else have esophageal spasms? - throat spasms more condition_symptoms

I have spasms of the esophagus over 20 years. I am 52 years old. I had expanded my throat, but he will not last forever. My doctor is very good, and suggested that the Botox, but everything I read says something, it does not last. There are about 2 issues: the spasms and stenosis. It is very difficult to eat. Someone else has this problem? What really helps? Botox Need Help? Thank you!
